Our President, Johnny Terrell, has spent his life learning the skills, techniques, & strategies needed to excel in the industry.  With 40 years of experience providing quality cleaning service, we are equipped with knowledge and skills to teach and train our clients how to be the best.

He learned early on that being excellent is easy if you have an effective system and a plan to keep it going. So for over 30 years he has been developing the TCS or the “Thorough Cleaning System” to do just that.

IAT Consulting Group was founded to help others in the industry take their companies or departments to the next level or productivity.  Together with his son, Christopher Terrell, they have worked to create a way to bring the Thorough Cleaning System(TSC) to the industry in an effective way that creates real change in our clients operations.
